The Original Plot Plan for the Desert Inn Country Club Estates
This is a reproduction of the original plot plan that was used to sell home sites in the Desert Inn Country Club Estates, now the Wynn Resort. Note the location of the Morelli House. Today it would be located along the south side of Spring Mountain Road approximately across the street from the Sands Convention Center. The Plot Plan was reproduced with permission by Richard Hooker.
